Is your website secure?

The security of personal information is a high priority for us. We maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect against unauthorized disclosure, use, alteration and destruction of the personal information in our possession. Any information you transmit on Fabvious.com is processed by an industry-standard data encryption system called Secure Socket Layer (SSL).

Do I get an order confirmation?

Upon placing an order with The Modern Shop, you will be sent a confirmation email immediately after your order has been successfully submitted. We will also send you a confirmation email providing tracking information once your order has shipped. If you don’t receive an email confirmation, check your ‘bulk’ or ‘junk’ folder and it should be there. Please contact us if you have any questions.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most Fabvious products are handmade by our team of craftspeople in our workshops. Due to the nature of our work please allow up to 2-5 business days for production time prior to shipping your order, unless stated otherwise on the individual product page. If your order contains products with different lead times they will ship once all products ordered are available.

Can I expedite my order?

We work to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, we are unable to expedite orders at this time This only reduces the shipping times. Items are shipped on average 2-5 business days after your order has been placed. Please see our shipping options above or in your cart during checkout.

How can I change my order or shipping information after my order has been placed?

If you need to update your order or shipping information, please email care@fabvious.com with your order number and requested updates. If your order has not shipped, we will do our very best to accommodate all order update requests.

Can we ship an item as a gift?

If you would like to send your purchase as a gift, please add this into the notes section with your message. We will include a card with your message and ship your order with a gift receipt.

Can I get an additional discount?

The discounts offered online are the only available for that time. We do occasionally offer special promotions, please sign-up for our newsletter to stay updated on any sale events.
